Purpose of Newsletter: Its called COUNTDOWN:
This monthly newsletter serves as a platform to disseminate the integration
of information from at home, abroad, and in garrison of U.S. Army
activities. This document will highlight important upcoming events,
recognize achievements by Service members and their families, as well as
civilians, and inform our readers on a full spectrum of Army issues,
ranging from health, pay, and on the battlefield operations that influence
